Natural Zepbound Recipe

A simple and refreshing homemade drink that helps with hydration and curbing cravings, perfect for weight management.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 to 16 ounces cold water (sparkling works too)
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • Juice from 1 lemon (or about 2 tablespoons bottled lemon juice)
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or a pinch of ground ginger)
  • Small pinch of cinnamon
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or no calorie sweetener
  • Optional: a few ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add water to a glass.
  2. Stir in lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Add ginger and cinnamon, then stir again.
  4. Taste it. If it is too sharp, add more water or a tiny bit of sweetener.
  5. Drink slowly, especially the first few times.

Notes

Start with a small amount of vinegar and gradually increase as you get accustomed to the taste. Use a straw if you’re concerned about tooth enamel.
