Watermelon Sangria

A refreshing and fruity watermelon sangria perfect for hot summer days, made with healthy ingredients for a guilt-free treat.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup Dry White Wine
  • ½ cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 cup Sparkling Water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the watermelon by cutting it into small cubes and removing the seeds.
  2. Juice the limes to get about half a cup of fresh juice.
  3. Combine the watermelon cubes, lime juice, and mint leaves in a pitcher.
  4. Pour in the dry white wine and stir gently.
  5. Add the sparkling water just before serving.
  6. Chill the sangria in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

For meal prep, prepare the watermelon and lime juice a day in advance. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to two days, but best consumed within 24 hours.
