White Christmas Sangria

A refreshing and festive sangria made with white wine and seasonal fruits, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle (25 oz) white wine, preferably Pinot Grigio
  • 1 bottle (25 oz) sparkling white grape juice or sparkling apple cider
  • 3/4 cup fresh whole cranberries
  • 1/3 cup fresh cranberries, halved
  • 1/2 cup seedless green grapes, halved
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and chopped
  • 2–3 fresh rosemary sprigs, plus extra for garnish
  • Club soda, to top off the drinks
  • Light corn syrup, for coating the glass rims
  • Coconut flakes, for coating the glass rims

Instructions

  1. Combine the white wine, sparkling white grape juice, whole cranberries, halved cranberries, green grapes, chopped Granny Smith apples, and rosemary sprigs in a large pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
  2. Infuse the flavors by covering the pitcher and refrigerating for at least 240 minutes to allow the fruit flavors to meld.
  3. Prepare the serving glasses by pouring light corn syrup into a shallow bowl and coconut flakes into a separate shallow bowl.
  4. Coat the glass rims by dipping them into the corn syrup and then into the coconut flakes.
  5. Serve the chilled sangria into prepared glasses, ensuring each serving includes fruit. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and top with club soda.
