Açai Purple Power Smoothie

A refreshing and nutritious smoothie made with açai, mixed berries, and Greek yogurt, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

  • 1 cup frozen açai pulp
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granola (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh berries (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon raw nuts (almonds or pecans, for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Place frozen açai pulp in a blender.
  2. Add frozen mixed berries and frozen banana slices.
  3. Pour in Greek yogurt and almond milk.
  4. Add honey and vanilla extract.
  5. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and thick.
  6. Pour the smoothie bowl into a wide bowl.
  7. Top with granola in the center.
  8. Arrange fresh berries, coconut flakes, and nuts around the bowl.
  9. Add cacao nibs if desired. Serve immediately with a spoon.

Notes

This smoothie can be made ahead and stored without toppings. For meal prep, put frozen ingredients in bags for quick blending.
