Berries and Mint White Sangria

A refreshing and fruity beverage perfect for summer, made with fresh berries, mint, and white wine.

Ingredients

  • 2 bottles of Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup agave (adjust to taste)
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 large handful of mint leaves
  • 1 bottle of Prosecco

Instructions

  1. Add in your wine, pineapple juice, lemon juice, agave, and your chosen fruits into a pitcher or drink dispenser.
  2. Toss in the fresh mint leaves for that extra zing.
  3. Cover and let it chill for at least 120 to 180 minutes before serving.
  4. Add ice and pour in your prosecco for a bubbly touch just before serving.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy this healthy version of sangria!

Notes

Consider using tall glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves and additional berry slices for visual appeal. Leftover sangria can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.
