Cinnamon Honey Cold Brew

A delightful and refreshing cold brew coffee combined with honey and cinnamon, perfect for a healthy start to your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee beans
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 3 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 cup whole milk or oat milk
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine coarsely ground coffee and cold water in a mason jar. Stir well.
  2. Place one cinnamon stick in the jar for flavor infusion.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 720 minutes or overnight.
  4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth, discarding grounds and cinnamon stick.
  5. In a separate pitcher, warm the milk gently and whisk in honey until dissolved.
  6. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt to the honey milk mixture.
  7. In a glass filled with ice, pour the cold brew (1:1 ratio with milk).
  8. Top with honey-milk mixture and stir gently.
  9. Garnish with a fresh cinnamon stick and light cinnamon dusting.
  10. Serve immediately.

Notes

Perfect for meal prep; can be stored in the fridge for up to a week. For a lighter version, consider using plant-based milk.
