Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita Mocktail

A refreshing and low-calorie mocktail combining cucumbers and jalapeños for a spicy twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 peeled and diced cucumbers
  • 1 seeded and diced jalapeño
  • 8 ounces of fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup of agave syrup
  • 24 ounces of carbonated mineral water
  • Ice
  • 2 tablespoons of Tajin (optional)

Instructions

  1. Puree the cucumbers and jalapeños in a blender until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl.
  3. Mix the strained cucumber juice with lime juice, agave syrup, and carbonated mineral water in a large pitcher.
  4. Add ice to the pitcher and stir well.
  5. Prepare the glasses by rubbing a cucumber slice on the rims and dipping them in Tajin.
  6. Serve the mocktail in glasses, garnished with cucumber and jalapeño slices.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within a couple of days. Adjust sweetness and spice level to taste.
