Peach Yogurt Parfait

A refreshing and healthy Peach Yogurt Parfait made with Greek yogurt, fresh peaches, and granola, perfect for breakfast or a light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 2 cups Fresh Peaches, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Honey (optional)
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peaches by washing and slicing them into thin pieces.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl with honey if desired.
  3. Layer the Greek yogurt in your serving glass or bowl.
  4. Add a layer of sliced peaches on top of the yogurt.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the peaches.
  6. Add more layers of yogurt, peaches, and granola if desired.
  7. Top with chia seeds for added nutrition.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later enjoyment.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for best flavor. Layer ingredients for meal prep and add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
